Jo Armstrong was the recipient of the Australian Graduate School of Leadership (AGSL) at Torrens University Australia (TUA) Doctor of Business Leadership in 2020.

Jo has been Chief Executive Officer for Cystic Fibrosis Australia since January 2022. Jo has extensive experience across the charitable sector and has been serving in the non-profit industry for more than a decade in executive and senior leadership positions.

Jo has a Master of Business Administration and in 2020 was awarded a scholarship for a Doctorate in Business Leadership, focussing on values-based leadership, which will be completed in 2022.

Jo has received recognition for her work through her nomination as a Finalist for Woman of the West in 2018 and Finalist in the Parramatta City Council Citizen of the Year 2022. Jo strives to achieve sustainability through efficiencies and revenue growth and leads with her values of inclusion, collaboration and hope. Jo is passionate about advocating for the wellbeing Australians living with cystic fibrosis so that everyone may have a full and abundant life.
