The Australian Graduate School of Leadership (AGSL) has been providing executive leadership training for over 45 years. They specialise in designing and delivering flexible senior leadership development programs for participants under significant time pressures. With “learning by doing” at the core of AGSL’s pedagogical method, courses are aimed at stimulating innovative thinking and capabilities.

Today, in addition to short courses, business briefings, innovation facilitation and advisory services, the Australian Graduate School of Leadership offers accredited postgraduate degree courses on behalf of and in conjunction with Torrens University Australia. Course materials are provided online, allowing participants to study any time and anywhere. This enables today’s executives, with unpredictable travel commitments and fluctuating workloads, to integrate their study commitments successfully into their lives.

Doctor of Business Leadership - AGSL at Torrens University (2019)

In 2019, I commenced the Doctor of Business Leadership with the Australian Graduate School of Leadership at Torrens University Australia. My enrolment received vital scholarship support through AGSL and the Australian Scholarships Foundation. The content and impact of the program has exceeded my expectations. The opportunity to dive deep into my personal leadership methodology and how it affects the organisations I work with has been enormously valuable. What I’ve learned to date has directly contributed to the work I do as a not-for-profit director and executive; within the first year of starting the program I'm already seeing its impacts on my own practice and its contribution to improved organisational processes and outcomes. Stimulating and challenging, it has me firing on all cylinders and thinking more creatively than ever before. Recommended highly.
