Our inaugural Not-For-Profit Leadership Awards were held on 15 June 2023 in Sydney. It was a wonderful evening celebrating outstanding nor-for-profit leaders from across Australia. See photos from the night here.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Outstanding Leadership in Wellbeing Governance Award. Entries were assessed their exceptional leadership in governing for strong wellbeing outcomes and whether the organisation has a reputation with staff and sector peers for prioritising the psychological safety of their employees/volunteers.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Outstanding Education Provider Award. Entries were assessed on the impact and relevance of their programs for promoting outstanding professional development opportunities in the not-for-profit sector, including providing scholarships for the ongoing professional development of the sector and/or enhanced scholarship opportunities.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2023 Outstanding Leader Award. All entries were assessed on the impact their personal leadership has had on their organisation, their encouragement of talent growth by recognising, promoting and cultivating the skills of other high potential employees and their leadership in regards to innovation and system change.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Outstanding Leadership in Talent Growth Award. Entries were assessed on their approach to best practice leadership in regards to employee focus. This included their approach to professional development of staff, retention and attraction.

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Outstanding Scholar Award. Entries were assessed on their contribution to their organisations following studies undertaken as part of their scholarship, as well the real-life impact of their leadership.

We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2023 Outstanding Emerging Leader Award category. All entries were assessed on the impact their outstanding achievement for their organisation through their personal leadership, initiative and innovation. They were also assessed on their integrity, positive values and reputation amongst peers.
