The McKinsey Executive Leadership Program has been one of the highlights of my career. The program is content rich with insights from leading academics and practitioners from Australia, New Zealand and globally. The opportunity to meet with diverse range of peers from the for profit sector provided strong insights into how to tackle my workplace challenges differently. The cohort groups were also very useful using real life and current examples that we were able to unpack. The polarities and systems thinking were the highlights for me along with McKinsey's strategic planning checklist.
