Having access to this course through the Australian Scholarships Foundation has been an incredible opportunity. It was a program that I otherwise wouldn't have had the ability to be involved in and the quality of speakers, facilitators, content along with the time to reflect on my leadership approach and how it is applied has been a really important step forward for me. This course dug deeper than I expected and was certainly not just about theory or management principles. It was a time to reflect on my role not only within batyr but across broader society as well. A great opportunity and one I'm really grateful for.
