Dr. Melinda Muth is a highly reputed organisation development, Specialist Advisor.  For over 25 years, she has advised, researched and facilitated in leadership development, team effectiveness and organisational culture. She provides boards and executives with targeted skills workshops and tailored leadership programs helping people connect their way of leading and communicating with ethical behaviour, a sound cultural foundation and positive performance outcomes.  Melinda is an education faculty facilitator with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).  She is a Specialist Advisor with Peakstone Global offering services to advance governance to leading, improvement focused organisations. 

Melinda’s governance experience includes director roles with Harvard Club Australia Philanthropy, CuriousWorks, HeartKids NSW, the Quest Foundation, the Union University & Schools Club and Indigenous Community Volunteers where she was Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.  She is a Founding Director of Streamwise Learning and a member of the Academy of Management and the Australian Human Resource Institute. Previously, Melinda has held a number of senior executive positions, including National Director of Business Development and Marketing for Deloitte. 

Melinda is an active thought leader and writer on governance issues.  She co-authored a book with Bob Selden: Setting the Tone from the Top: how director conversations can shape company culture. written under the auspices of AICD.  She is working on a new book entitled “Ten Big Workplace Myths: a guide to feeling happier and more engaged at work.” 

Melinda was appointed Chair of the Australian Scholarships Limited in July 2022.
