Matt Davis is the CEO/National Director of The Salvation Army – Salvos Stores. In 2019, Matt was the recipient of the Harvard Club of Australia Non-Profit Fellowship.

Matt Davis has held key roles in large NGOs and corporate retailers including Directorships at ALDI Stores and General Manager of Sales & Marketing at World Vision Australia. In October 2022 Matt stepped down after serving as Chair of Charitable Recycling Australia for five years, advancing the governance, innovation and impact of charities and their retail shops around Australia. He has also previously served on the board of EACH, an organisation providing health and disability services. In 2016, Matt was appointed as Chief Executive Officer for Salvos Stores. Passionate about purpose, Matt continues to seek new ways to have a positive impact on the social and environmental challenges being faced by our communities.
