Leisa is an ASF Alumni Ambassador and recipient of a McKinsey Executive Leadership Program in 2022.

Leisa has been CEO of Dress For Success Sydney since 2020. Previously she worked as a senior executive providing leadership within international media corporations, including the Walt Disney Company and Viacom.

Leisa is currently a Non-Executive Director and Treasurer for the visual arts organisation ArtSpace and also consults for Social Money Solutions, delivering strategic and customised solutions to achieve positive social outcomes in the for-impact sector.

Leisa is MBA qualified, Macquarie Graduate School of Management; she is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA); a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAIDC) and is certified by the Institute Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL); she graduated from the University of Wollongong with a BCOM, Economics & Accountancy.
