Kevin Wrigley

Kevin has more than 15 years of experience working in a variety of executive and management roles in health care, aged care and community services; and a solid background in not-for-profit, and for-profit work environments.

Kevin is an experienced Non-Executive Director on not-for-profit national and state boards, government advisory groups and school councils.

Coming from the corporate sector Kevin has “found my place and purpose” in the not-for-profit sector: Kevin is passionate about making an impact on society and have been able to raise $20 million to date to contribute to the betterment of some of the most disadvantages people in Australia by improving health and social determinants of health outcomes.

Kevin is a Board Director and Member, Vice Chair, Treasurer and CEO with over 15 years of board level experience with particular experience in the not-for-profit, for-profit, government, healthcare, aged care, education, community services, and fundraising sectors/industries. 

At board level, what he does is help organisations make a greater impact. He does this through strategic planning and operational implementation, grant writing and management, and change management. Board level highlights include appointments with not-for-profit national and state boards, government advisory groups and school councils.  

In an executive capacity, Kevin has led business units, coached and mentored team members, developed business plans, funding applications and budgets; secured additional funding, developed & implemented public relations & fundraising plan; built relationships to drive business growth and increased public awareness, media exposure and fundraising across the Northern Territory. 

Finally, he has a Bachelor (Hons) European Business and a Master of Science, International Business. Also, a recipient of the 2024 Social Impact Fellowship Scholarship for Not-for-Profit Leaders and graduated the AICD’s Company Directors Course in 2023.  Kevin am excited to support the Australian Leadership Hub as a volunteer assessor to enable other people to grow and develop.
