I feel extremely privileged to have had the opportunity to complete the McKinsey Executive Leadership Program. The course was absolutely fantastic. The guest speakers were diverse, inspiring and engaging. The facilitators were brilliant and the cohort was amazing. Not only did I learn a tremendous amount about myself and leading a team but importantly I developed some great connections and broadened by my network. I am extremely grateful to have been able to receive a scholarship for this program and am looking forward to converting my learnings into making more of an impact in reducing suicide in farming communities.
