The Executive Leadership Program was the most powerful leadership development program I have attended. The program commences with leading-self and progresses to leading teams and then organisations. The curriculum and facility were world class, for instance, when the course covered managing your personal energy as a leader, it was taught by a world leading neuroscientist. The course covers an extensive amount of ground with an effective mix of theory and practice, and it was delivered in a way that kept us just out of our comfort zones and constantly growing. I found my fellow course participants to be intelligent and passionate senior leaders from a very diverse mix of business and not-for-profits. I appreciated the opportunity to form deep connections and to work in close harmony with people that were hitherto total strangers but are now lifelong connections whom I would not hesitate to ask for help or advice. I use the new insights and practical tools I gained on the course every day to develop myself and to lead my organisation. I cannot commend the course highly enough.
Louisa Graham, shares as pressure mounts on for-purpose organisations, effective leadership is more critical than ever, and the Australian Leadership Hub whose purpose is to develop leaders, is stepping up to deliver what the sector needs most.
The Australian Leadership Hub is the new, enhanced identity of the Australian Scholarships Foundation, a registered charity dedicated to nurturing the leaders of charities, social enterprises and not-for-profit organisations that are committed to fostering positive societal change.
The Harvard Club of Australia fellowships help fulfil the increasing demand for managerial skills and strategic decision-making within the not-for-profit sector.
