Dianne is the Executive Director for People, Culture and Risk, at Save The Children Australia. She graduated University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Mathematics and Literature. Dianne undertook further studies, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, a Diploma of Human Resources and completed AICD Company Directors Course.

Dianne has worked as a human resources executive and management consultant with major corporates over the past 20 years. She has extensive experience working alongside a broad range of stakeholders – governments, industry groups, regulators, unions, boards and not-for-profit organisations.
