Women's Regional, Rural and Remote Diversity Scholarship, Australian Institute of Company Directors (2021)

'The Australian Scholarships Foundation have provided me with the opportunity to access AICD training from my rural location 520kms north east of Perth. It is often difficult to justify the high cost of training and time away from my business, especially for not for profit roles. Not for profit organisations are not dissimilar to operating a small business, therefore all board members and staff need to be skilled in governance to operate effectively and make good decisions. Accessing this high level of training is vital for the survival of both businesses and not for profit organisations.'
