The NonProfit Alliance (NPA) was established to meet the needs of the non-profit and social purpose sector. The NPA Leadership Programs bring together leaders who are united in their belief in creating a better world; who choose to work in unique but complex organisations which deliver social outcomes; and who ultimately believe in their ability to affect meaningful change. NPA is a program for leaders who want to challenge traditional approaches to business and challenge themselves; and grow their leadership capabilities

Young Leaders Forum - McKinsey Academy (2021)

The McKinsey Young Leaders Forum was such an amazing opportunity to meet other aspiring leaders and to hear and learn about ways to have a greater impact in our roles. The content was very well curated and had a good balance between introspection (self-care and evaluating priorities) and team-focused (psychological safety being a big focus). The guest speakers were phenomenal. I am so grateful to the Australian Scholarships Foundation for the opportunity to attend and several months later I can clearly see that the experience has influenced how I care for myself, care for my team and seek to be more strategic in my leadership. I will take these skills with me as my career progresses in the for-purpose sector.
