Young Leaders Forum, McKinsey & Company (2022)

I attended the 2022 McKinsey Young Leaders Forum and found the experience rewarding. There was plenty of opportunity to engage with like-minded professionals and also network with other participants. The forum was attended by professionals in the corporate and not for profit sector and the interactions during the 4 days enabled us to share ideas and discuss matters impacting our sectors. Of course, the presenters were fabulous and engaging. I would strongly encourage others to participate in the forum if the opportunity arises.
