Sam Sayers is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Scholarships Foundation. Sam has been a champion for not-for-profit sector capacity building since joining the team in 2017. Her work to advance research collaborations and capability development has led to significant partnerships with philanthropic entities and education providers to sustain the sector.

Sam previously worked in senior roles with Johnson & Johnson in Australia and Europe, and on commercial consultancy engagements in the manufacturing and retail sectors.

Sam has previously held non-executive director roles with not-for-profit organisations serving on the YWCA Sydney Board and as Chair of the Marketing Committee. She also served as a board member of Kids First Australia, previously Children’s Protection Society (VIC).
