George is a Senior Commercial Lawyer and Executive Director of ParamCo. He is a Certified Chair with the Advisory Board Centre, an Unrestricted Legal Practitioner with the Law Society of New South Wales, and a Legal Practitioner within the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Queensland. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws at University of Queensland, a Master of Law at the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate in Mediation with Bond University.

George also holds board roles with A Human Agency and Lockerteck. He is a registered volunteer with Beyond Blue, Black Dog Institute and Gotcha4Life Foundation. His previous board roles include the organisations, Theatre of Image, Tailors Mark, and Queerscreen.
