Meikle Files Black Leadership Program

Applications close 26th September 2017

Meikle Files Black Leadership Program

We're delighted to open another round of the Meikle Files Black Leadership Development Program scholarships! Earlier this year, ASF partnered with Elkiem to award FOUR fully funded scholarships to inspiring not-for-profit leaders around Australia.

Together we're giving two more NFP leaders the opportunity to access this unique leadership development program, which is based on Andrew Meikle's extensive research, conducted over a 20-year period, into human high performance.

Now with over 500 graduates, the Meikle Files Black Leadership Program is a one-of-a-kind program specifically designed for those who are considered to be the highest performers, have the highest potential and/or are required to stimulate improvements in performance from their teams. The program's curriculum builds strength of mind and provides leaders and high potentials with knowledge and tools to stimulate improvement in both their own performance and that of their team.

Past participant, Andrew Young of the Centre for Social Impact, says the program was, "...the single most outstanding self-development program I’ve seen. If you get the chance – go; if you get to go, invest yourself in it and you will reap the benefits."

CEO of Good2Give, Lisa Grinham says, "Having no set expectation of the first day of the Meikle Files Black Leadership course, I left the day feeling excited about executing what I’d learnt and chomping at the bit for more... Talk about inspired learning!"

Attendees will join like-minded leaders from the corporate and community sectors for 3x two-day sessions in October 2017, February and April 2018 in Sydney.

ASF and Elkiem are offering two 100% scholarships to the full Meikle Files Black Leadership Development Programme beginning in October 2017 in Sydney. Each scholarship is valued at $20,000 and covers all associated course fees.

We're looking for high calibre candidates on the board or executive team of large, charitable not-for-profit organisations. Applicants should have demonstrated leadership potential and experience, manage a team of at least 5 staff, and have significant influence on others in the organisation and the NFP sector. Scholarship recipients are expected to commit to ALL sessions of the program.

This is a tremendous opportunity to attend one of the best leadership programs offered in Australia.
